The Challenge: Low Cost, But Still Functional
Recently incorporated, Paraphrase Inc. offers professional freelance writing and editorial services.The owner of Paraphrase Inc. recognized that as a startup there were a lot of business related tasks that needed to be completed quickly so that potential clients would feel confident enough to do business with her. And while she had some experience with HTML, she felt that her time would be better spent focusing on the message of her site rather than worrying about building a web site.
But being a newly formed business meant that there was little income and it was prudent to keep expenses as low as possible.
The Solution: A Flexible Web Site Template
Just about every web site makes use of at least one template. This is a good thing because
templates make it easier to add content to a web site while maintaining a consistent look
and feel. And with only a little knowledge of HTML, a template can be extended to add a
little flare or pizzazz to some pages for added visual interest
The creation of this template allowed Paraphrase Inc. to:
- Focus on the web site content without worrying about the technical details involved in creating a web site template.
- Make use of some basic HTML skills to extend the template as needed.
